JAG is a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), Veteran-Owned and certified 8(a) Business Development (BD). Founded in August 1999, the J. Aguinaldo Group, Inc. (JAG) began as a logistics support firm providing integrated logistics, inventory control, warehousing, property accountability, documentation and programmatic services to Navy clients at NAWCAD St. Inigoes, MD and NAVAIR Patuxent River, MD and recently expanded services to NAVICP Philadelphia, PA. JAG personnel offer over 30 years of experience in logistics support services and management. Such logistics services include determining material requirements, processing requisitions and tracking order status; processing and maintaining material receipts in order to facilitate material deliveries. JAG personnel provide general warehousing support services which includes material receipt and handling for Government-owned equipment returned to the government from terminated contracts, removing material from containers, comparing the material received with the shipping documentation, noting and reconciling discrepancies; visually inspecting received material to verify condition; and stowing the material in an environmentally controlled storage area, providing security for the material by limiting physical access; and preparing the material for shipment, packing and securing the material, preparing all shipping and custody transfer documentation and delivering the equipment to the Government-specified. In addition to its logistics services, JAG has expanded to program management and administrative support, commercial facilities maintenance and janitorial services.

Compass Systems, Inc. (Compass) was founded in 1997 and incorporated in 2000. Compass is a small business that currently employs over 50 full-time professional engineers and engineering support staff in two corporate offices located in Lexington Park, MD and Windber, PA in support of Navy programs. Compass’ focus for the Navy is on military systems, avionics and imagery solutions and they bring a broad technology base to our team. Generating over $4.5 million dollars annually in sales, their customer base, although mainly Navy support, also includes other Federal clients such as the Army, Marines, CIA and other DoD counter-narcotics agencies.

Compass’ technical expertise provides support services in areas such as engineering, logistics, rapid prototyping, software development and hardware integration. Current projects for the Navy include the HAWK UAV programs (Agile Hawk, Knight Hawk); Stabilized Gimbal Mirror (Software Algorithms and Hardware Integration); and User Specific Software Interface Development (Counter NarcoTerrorism GUI - Long Range Video Surveillance System).
